HILLBERG Ltd. - REAL ESTATE AGENCY ZAGREB is an authorized company that meets the requirements for performing real estate mediation, and is registered in the Register of real estate agencies at Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
Hillberg Ltd. is a real estate agency specialized in the mediation of the long-term lease as well as sale and purchase of luxury apartments/flats and houses, as well as lease of business premises (offices, shops, warehouses) in Zagreb.
General Terms and Conditions of Hillberg Ltd. determine the business relationship between Hillberg Ltd. and phisical or legal enitites who give Hillberg Ltd. the order for mediation, that is, that conclude mediation agreement with Hillberg Ltd.
Hillberg Ltd. and phisical or legal entity who gives the order of mediation to Hillberg Ltd. concludes with Hillberg Ltd. mediation contract:
- When the Lessor/Seller requests from Hillberg Ltd. to connect him with the Lessee that would negotiate with him conclusion of the Lease Agreement or to mediate in finding a suitable Lessee/Buyer for his property
- When the Lessee/Buyer requests from Hillberg Ltd. to connect him with the Lessor/Seller of the property to negotiate with him conclusion of the Lease Agreement or to mediate in finding a suitable property for lease/sale
Hillberg Ltd. is obliged to:
- verify the ownership of the real estate being the subject of the lease/sale
- organize a presentation of the subject real estate
- carry out negotiations necessary for reaching an agreement if lease of the subject real estate
- provide the draft Lease Agreement
- attend the handover of the real estate, at which occasion a handover protocol is made.
Agency mediation fee is to be paid at the moment of signing the Lease Agreement.
GIVING INTO LEASE - Commission from the Lessor:
100% of monthly rent + VAT (for lease period of 1 year or more)
TAKING INTO LEASE - Commission from the Lessee:
100% of monthly rent + VAT (for lease period of 1 year or more)
SELLING - Commission from the Seller
3% + VAT
BUYING - Commission from the Buyer
2% + VAT
