fees for Hillberg real-estate agency services at mediation in giving and taking into lease, as well as selling and buying properties.
 
GIVING INTO LEASE - Commission from the Lessor:
100% of monthly rent + VAT (for lease period of 1 year or more)
The fee amounts to half of the total commission, while the other half is to be paid exclusively from the Lessee.

TAKING INTO LEASE - Commission from the Lessee:
100% of monthly rent + VAT (for lease period of 1 year or more)
The fee amounts to half of the total commission, while the other half is to be paid exclusively from the Lessor.

SALES - Commission from the Seller:
3% + PDV

PURCHASE - Commission from the Buyer:
2% + PDV
